Snider was driving a green 1993 Pontiac Grand Prix with a Tennessee license plate, GJT947. The vehicle has damage on both quarter panels and the passenger window is broken. Snider is 6-foot-3-inches, 175 pounds and has black hair and green eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous. If you see Snider or the vehicle, contact MPD immediately at 587-5355.
