Outgoing VP asks for voters to support Albritton
As the current Vice President for the Student Government Association and as an SGA member for the past three years, I fully endorse Tracy Baker and Rachel Albritton for President and Vice President for the 2005-2006 SGA.
I will be graduating this May and while I look forward to my coming career, I still think of SGA and those who are coming forward to lead it. These past years, SGA have been constantly moving forward and striving to improve on old projects while continuously coming up with better ways to serve the students and this University. I am eager and hopeful that this trend may continue with this next administration. In order for that to be true, the next Executive Council of the SGA should be diligent, inventive, and strong. Tracy Baker and Rachel Albritton are all of these and more. Throughout the years that I have known these candidates, I have been impressed time and again with their ideas, projects and enthusiasm. They have the passion to see this coming year through with competed projects that you, the students, want and desire; all you have to do is tell them, they will do the rest. The SGA is an important facet in our University and as such, the power of the SGA should be placed carefully in the hands of those candidates most able to use it wisely and effectively. Those candidates are Tracy Baker for President and Rachel Albritton for Vice President.
